Dear Dr. Gavrilov

Book Title: Biogerontología
ISBN 84-8102-994-7
(Spanish)
This book main focus is to initiate university students in the interesting area of the biolomecular basis of ageing. Several professors have participated in this interesting idea. The book has15 chapters dealing with the most interesting topics of the ageing field (from molecular and cellular ageing to the study of organs and systems ageing). Furthermore there are two chapters dealing with population ageing. Therefore, the book has a bio-psycho-social approach.
This book has been coordinated by Prof. Damaso Crespo of the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, and has been edited by the University of Cantabria (Santander-Spain)
Thank you

Prof. Damaso Crespo MD.PhD.BSs.

While the entire book (see details below) is not in itself directly related to aging, my chapter discusses dietary restriction, with an emphasis on cyclic restriction paradigms such as every-other-day feeding.
